The attorneys-at-law and divorce mediators of Family Affairs are registered in the register of legal areas of the Dutch Bar Association in the principal legal area of family law. Based on this registration they are required to obtain training points in this practice area each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.”
