Mediation is the appropriate way to find the solution to the dispute.
If you prefer being in charge yourself, co-shaping the outcome and not seeing each other in court:
If we act as a mediator, we take a neutral position and direct the meetings between the persons involved. As a mediator, we look after the interests of all involved and look with them for a long-term arrangement that is accepted by all. If an agreement has been reached, we lay the arrangements down and take care of the proper legal completion.
We work according to the rules of conduct applying to registered mediators and mediators holding a certificate. Confidentiality and non-disclosure are standard.
Mediation contributes to improved communication and renewed trust. Arranging the separation or divorce or another family issue is less expensive with a mediator than with two different lawyers.
